I am looking for a OEM 02+ rear lower valance. Downforce would be fine too.

Have you tried Dirk? That's where I got mine from.
Be aware there is a slight difference between the UK & US versions - licence plate width.

If I can't find a lead on a used item I'll import a downforce I guess.

We need an SOS over here in Europe, seems like a big market hole.

I know they are probably silly money still but have you tried VTEC direct?
