That's the F-Matic shifter, found on I think, 96+ NSXs with auto boxes. Allows driver to go up and down the gears by flicking the column stalk.

So if I'm reading this right, about 11 million Yen brand new.

So if we said in 2002 one yen bought 0.0055 pounds, price of car new would of been £60,500.

The strong Yen has a lot to answer for!
