Read Danny Boy's rebuild thread ... then factor in the UK's dislike for this activity and you have your answer ... if it was me I would be all over it but I'm not in the market ... only thing I would change is the wheel colour, needs to be brighter IMO but thats an easy fix, everything else looks to have been sorted.
Stateside they are people making a living by restoring the NSX, with potential customers waiting for the cars to be completed ...

It's actually pretty expensive to rebuild a crashed car to a high standard. A high quality respray can run you into £5K if you're not careful. There's nearly £400.00 labour just to strip and refit the front and rear bumpers. If you are doing the whole car there are endless components you need to remove in order to do a good job.
The other thing to consider is the paint. Being a three stage pearl, Imola orange is very expensive.
