Thought I'd post my semi-family car as the NSX has 2 seats and I now have a 10 week old daughter,
Integra DC5, great car, lots of fun! Handling is amazing!

How do the DC5 compare to the DC2?
I saw loads at Japfest and they do look tidy!
Can't believe there were so many imported!

A great car. Faster than I thought and really does handle. However, I believe the purist loves the DC2.
I've not driven either long enough to have an opinion, but I liked the added torque in the DC5.
Whilst we're on the subject, has anyone driven an FD2?
Cheers,
James.

I had a dc2 for about a year and loved it, did 15k miles in it trouble free, I'd say the dc2 is definitely for the purist as James says, it is quite raw, I think Havoc has one for sale :D,
The DC5 having a k20 feels more refined however the suspension is quite hard,
James, an FD2 would be a better family car for me now! Haven't driven one but heard they are brilliant!

I understand the ride is even worse unless you get the struts etc swapped!
Great choice for a 'boring' car, the DC5! Ultimately I prefer the 'Lude back-to-back, but a great harder-core alternative nonetheless.

I have experienced an FD2, albeit from the passenger seat; felt very well balanced gripped ever so well. ABP Motorsport took me out in it along with their FN2 which is quite something.

Bought a freshly imported DC5 back in 07, loved it so much I thought I'd buy a DC2 as a daily driver and the keep the DC5 as a weekend car, loved that even more so sold the DC5 and have owned the DC2 for over 6 years now, genuinely one of the best cars I've driven (along with the NSX of course).

Those are they -their suspension kit is said to do wonders for the rather blerrghh FN2 two. Too.

Yeah, that's sort of what seems to happen to people who try the DC2...
