Steering wheel spacer

Is there a spacer on the market that looks good with the Momo tuner wheel and NSX-R boss?

My legs are jammed to the bottom of the wheel without a spacer in place so it's a necessity for me.

I have a Sparco 50mm spacer but it looks a bit ridiculous:

It may be worth trying to adapt another Momo rubber gaiter to cover the extension if they can be bought separately

Or you could buy and NRG Snap off system which is approx 70mm
