....so starting to prepare the list of jobs for the winter. Where is the best place for Brake pads? Any advise on best brand to buy? Hoses? Where to buy?

Pads - can't really comment ref. NSX, only used the current ones (Project Mu, apparently), which are OK but unexceptional until properly warm, so possibly more of a trackday pad.

Hoses - if coolant, then I believe OE is the way to go, albeit source most from the USA.
If braided brake hoses, then Goodridge are the default but I put HEL on my 2nd ITR and they seemed very good quality - they supply aerospace mainly, so should be better-engineered.

Hi, Geoff.

Brake pads....
Not sure how you drive your NSX but several owners are using the EBC Red Stuff.
Although my NSX is 94 model, I have the later spec calipers so should be the same one on your NSX.

Some info including the vendor experience based on Senninha’s feedback;

If you are at the limit on the pad, you may need to replace the disc at the same time so please double check the state of your disc.

As havoc mentioned, not sure what you are referring to but since you were talking about the brake pad, I presume you were also looking for the brake line/hose.
If that was the case, then one example here;
