I've been reading the forum letters about trying to get a decent NSX for 18-20K.I think I must have gotten a real bargain, I bought mine about 2 months ago from Performance cars in Cardiff and paid £15995 for it.

It's a 1994 manual model, Red and black, 96k on the clock with a full Honda service history and every bill and MOT going back to day one. 5 previous owners, fully serviced, 5 brand new Yokohamas, cambelt change 2000 miles ago, new clutch, flywheel, gearbox and absolutely immaculate bar some wear on the drivers seat which I'm getting sorted with a new panel for about a 100 quid.

And the dealer had Honda put a full MOT on it and replace the oxygen sensor when it showed up as faulty!

On top of that they delivered it to from Cardiff to Suffolk FOC when I couldn't drive it home on the Sunday as Honda had to order the part!

Drives, looks and feels like a brand new car.

I'm a happy man!

Moral keep looking cos there out there somewhere!

Hi Starchaser,

I'm also new to the NSX - got my Ascari red '03 early last month. Thought you would be interested to know I only live a handfull of miles from you between Sudbury and Bury! I expect our wheels will cross soon.

Mine is almost a daily driver but is only used for long trips and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience every time I turn the key.

Cheers,

Baz

Sorry folks can't be at JAE, I will be in sailing around the Greek Islands those very weeks.

Hope to be at Gaydon though
