High compression 11.5:1 pistons?

Is there anything I should know about if considering fitting high compression pistons from SoS?
3.0 manual 1992, 90.5mm pistons.

You would need a remap and use quality 98+ fuel, although 11.5:1 isnt particularly high. My race engine is 13.5:1

Who could do the remap? I always use 99 Vpower.
