Tickets For Donington Historic

Any one had any experience with not receiving tickets in time for any events. I order tickets 6 weeks ago for Donington this weekend, was informed they had been posted first class on Wednesday, Still waiting for them to arrive. Been informed without a ticket in your hand I will not gain entry. No recall to Ticket Plan for a refund either because I accepted their terms and conditions when I book the tickets they sold to me, sold on a non-refundable and nontransferable basis. Can you pay on the gate? If so go anyway and show them your credit card statement if you have it. If you have to pay again contact the people mentioned on the ticket of the staff inside the circuit...
