Well, I've had the car for a few days now so naturally I have started to take it apart. Behind the glovebox I have found the central locking controller, but at the end of the cable there are three connectors which I am trying to identify to find out what the wires do. I am fitting a tracker / immobiliser so I'm looking for a permanent feed, ignition feed, interior light or door switch and a way to turn off the fuel pump. Most are on the central locking controller but not an ignition feed.
Also, whilst in there I found a box which had clearly been added afterwards. It has connections to the drivers door locked/unlocked state and a power feed, plus a bunch of wires which head off under the carpet. Sorry for the quality of the photo, it is from my phone and I hadn't realised how bad it was until I looked at it just now. Does anybody know if the immobiliser in our cars was added on for our market which might explain this? Any ideas welcome.
