I have done a littl epart no. search and they seem to be a different no..
But do the 1991 ones fit on the 1999 model ok..?? or not..??
Thats springs and shocks...

Which car?
There were a number of versions and some revisions over the years:
Types R S & T,
JDM/US/EU
NA1, NA2.
Facelift NA2 Ts got uprated suspension (coupes' I believe)

they all fit regardless of the year.

They make NSXanax for that. :mrgreen:
the T models have slightly different valving and spring rates than the coupes etc etc. so they have different OEM part numbers numbers, and if you were replacing a single 97 rear shock, putting a 1991 rear shock in it would not be good since it would be different tuning than the other side.. however
The PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS ARE IDENTICAL.
How do you think Bilstein/Koni/TEIN/HKS/etc can make one shock that fits all years 1991-2005 if they are not allll the same?
I think I'll have one of those NSXanax's now..........
