Inbox full, won't delete messages

Hi Guys,

I've mailed the admin on this but haven't gotten any response.
Apparently our inbox is full we've tired to remove messages but it still remains "full" even after deleting 60%.

Anyone figured this one out?

Haven’t received any notifications at least to my email address but it is possible that it was stuck on the server side until very recently.

You have 107 PM (sent and received) at the moment.
Your Vendor status has expired so as far as I know, the limit is now down to 100 max.
Please re-new your Vendor status to be fair with other vendors and that should raise the number of PM limit.
