sos short hub

ok so i got an sos short hub to mount a momo wheel turns out the whole setup is too close to the indicator and wiper stalks, can anyone tell me what bit i need and where to get it to sort my little problem out....no suggestions to buy a momo hub please as i hate the nasty look of those...would a quick release addition sort the issue out?
