Grease for Clutch Slave Cylinder Push Rod

The service manual specifies Super High Temperature Urea Grease (P/N 08798-9002) for the end of the clutch slave cylinder push rod, where it contacts the clutch actuating arm. But although this grease is listed in the Honda parts system, it is not available - at least not in the UK. Can anybody suggest a suitable alternative?

If you use it regularly for servicing, then you can get the high temp Urea grease UM264 (parts #41211-PY5-305) in big tube but it’s mega expensive.

If you don’t use it so often, then for the CL slave cyl plunger where it seats at the pocket of the release fork, just use the Molybdenum grease from well known manufactures (Castrol, Comma, etc).
It does the job.

If you need just enough for that small pocket on the CL release fork, just give me a shout in advance before visiting my place and I’ll spare you some in a little sachet.
Or, if you can wait, I can bring it to one of the club event.

All you need is to reduce the friction and the noise when operating the CL pedal. You can feel the difference through the CL pedal.

I bought a tube from Tim Poliniak here in the states not long ago for $26 US, should be about 10 of the Queens finest before freight and VAT.
Should last a home user two lifetimes.

Thanks for your helpful advice, and Kaz for your kind offer. Good to know that it's a moly grease, so I'm going to buy a tube of SKF LGEV 2. Looks like this should do the job and it's readily available.

Just a thought for the forum. It's occurred to me on a number of occasions that a sticky on workshop consumables might be useful. From time to time people mention preferred penetrating oils, greases, oils, sealants etc and it might be useful to bring that together in one place.
