Sat nav apps for Euroupe

Does anyone have any recommendations (or ones to avoid) for a Sat nav app that covers Europe?

Didn't really want to buy a new unit for one trip and as we are travelling in groups and I probably won't need it but thought it would be good to have something in case we get separated on route!

I used one called NavFree which worked great for something so cheap ;)
