You have several options these days although the exchange rate is not great at the moment….

However, first thing first, do you know the error code?
Very unlikely for both rear sensors to fail at the same time.

I believe it’s the same NSX that you replaced Front secondary O2 sensor in the past ( http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/showthread.php?12298-O2-sensor ) and if that is the case, as mentioned in that thread, you need to be bit careful ordering any parts around the exhaust area from US as the spec is different even for the same year model.

If you are 100% sure that the error code is for the Rear bank, then basically, your OEM parts no. and replacement sensor(s) is (are) the same as the ones in NZNick case above. He had to replace both REAR sensors eventually.

Your OEM parts # for your year model (same as NZNick ones);
Rear Primary: 36532-PBY-003
Rear Secondary: 36542-PR7-J51 (-J51 is not used in US so cable length would be different from yours)

Replacement sensor parts # as per NZNick link.
I haven't checked recently but Amazon US didn't allow purchasing the NTK or Denso O2 sensor for delivery with UK address at that time.
