I remember cheekily sitting behind the wheel of this NSX concept car called the HSC when the drivers door was left unlocked during the display stand set up at the O2 London motor show way back in the late naughties and thought, yep, Honda have cracked the supercar market again, then along came the world recession.:(

From memory I don't think there was an engine installed and the engine hatch was sealed, but boy did it look good.

I think the shoulder line & rear lights needed some work; it wasn't quite beautiful.

There was no upward development potential (C35, old NA plank etc) so I don't think it was quite right. Would have been better than a hiatus though.

I'm not quite sure the Acura GT5000 which replaced it was quite right, either - too heavy & slow, apparently.

Oh hang on, isn't that what some are saying about the NC1, too?
