just seen this on nsxprime for vBulletin based forums,
https://www.hackread.com/vbulletin-forums-hacked-data-leaked/
whilst nsxcb isn't listed, is it using vBulletin older than 4.2.2? (4.2.0?)
not knowing much about anything, I don't know whether it is an issue, but I thought I would bring it to the mods attention just in case.

Hi, hkz286.
Thank you for the info and already forumadmin is working on it for different reason. Please refer to this;

Nothing new with vBulletin or any other open forums.
You can find even more interesting thread posted just recently on NSX Prime.
It's aimed at for viewing by the public.
Recently, Wordpress experienced the same.
It’s not like your online banking.
While vBulletin is still the main player in the forum world, personally, I don’t like it but not an easy task reconstructing database for different platform.
For one's own protection, as mentioned many times, you just need to be careful what information you share on the public forum.
Don't use the same password for different accounts, sites, etc.
Also, personally, don’t announce where you go (like car event) on what date on here.
Quite often, I had to modify one's post when full name, email address, VIN, photo of IG key, etc were posted.
You never know who is sending out all these 'bots' or searching for specific format of number sequences, email, name, etc.
