Flasher Relay attachment?

Been changing the bulbs to LED as per the Prime forum instructions, I found my '91 flasher relay hanging behind the driver foot well carpets, but can't seem to see where it should be attached to? I only have the LHD Acura service manual for reference, and it shows a bracket higher up near the instrument cluster. Checking the Japanese tech diagrams, there appears to be a ruler like bracket...tho I couldn't find or see it behind the carpets.

Got any ideas on this one? Thanks.
