a heads up......
Supercar Siege 2018 - Blancpain GT - Brands Hatch
We have just confirmed we will be back for 2018, supporting the Blancpain GT race series at Brands Hatch.
At the moment we are still awaiting the dates for the rounds to be released but we know it will be a Sunday in May.
We are now aiming to have 400+ cars on display, try to beat the amazing line up from our 2017 Hypercar stand and add to the family fun for the day.
so some time in MAY 2018, date to be confirmed!
(there will also be a second supercar siege event, still in the planning, but rumoured to be in the Henley area....)

right-oh.... received an email today here's the edited highlights, but that i mean all the text without the pics as they didn't all want to copy over
Siege is back for 2018 and we are attempting to break all of our previous records.
MSV have kindly donated 500 display passes for the Blancpain GT race day at the legendary Brands Hatch racing circuit which takes place on Sunday the 6th of May 2018.
We aim to make full use of this generous offer and as usual we are asking for a minimum charity donation of £15 which will cover the driver and 1 passenger, with 100% of the money raised to our chosen charity:
We are also very happy to announce that the Sporting Bears will be back with their awesome team to give passenger rides in return for charitable donation.
We will be announcing which cars will be available for passenger
rides over the next few weeks.
As per the previous 2 years we will also be in charge of the Hypercar Demo display lap, which this year will take place over the lunch period between races. We managed to get a number of Koenigseggs, a Porche 918 and a La Ferrari out last year so another bar that needs to be raised again this time around.
To apply to take part in the vehicle display at this years Supercar Siege you simply need to head over to the Brands Hatch MSV website (linked below) and register your car:
MSV WEBSITE https://supercarsiege.us13.list-manage.com/track/click?u=762126cab23cd102f40fd5ec3&id=ee85b52ea1&e=8c0f143905
Clubs can also register interest via the above link, however you will need to click on the club application link on the MSV page.
Once you are registered the Siege admin team will forward donation details to you.
As per all our events this is by invitation only and you will not be allocated a space without direct confirmation from out team.
Important information:
•Drivers will have payment details forwarded to them once they have confirmed their place via the MSV website.
•Extra passengers will have to purchase their tickets separately as this offer solely covers the driver of the vehicle plus one additional passenger. Passenger tickets can be purchased here: Website
•Children under 13 years of age have free admission when accompanied by a paying adult.
•We are asking drivers to be in place by 09:00hrs, and remain on display until 16:00hrs. However with a full day of racing ahead we don’t see this as being too much of an issue.
•Rules for the venue such as pets etc. can be found on the MSV website.
•Although no BBQ’s and Gazebo’s are allowed, we actively encourage the use of picnic hampers and sunscreen.
If you have any issues trying to register your car, please feel free to contact us direct and one of our team will guide you throught the process.
Kind regards,
Ross Thomson

the 'honda nsx club' is now on the MSV registration page.... i've pencilled us in for 10 places, but i'm sure more can be allocated if necessary.
got this email....
You can now start adding the individual attendee information for your club members. Each vehicle must have the correct registration and driver details but you may use the same image for each car to represent the club if you do not have images for each car. Please note if you upload all club member details, all tickets will be sent to you. Alternatively you can ask each member to add their details and the correct image to your club booking and tickets will be sent out individually.
You will need to complete the whole process in order to generate your tickets. Please note tickets will be issued two weeks prior the event. The location of your display area will be set by the events team.
i think it will be easier for all involved if we register individually, if not all the tickets will come to me and you'll have to be nice or I'll hold them to ransom!!
you can say you're with the NSX club when you register on the MSV page. once they have deemed you worthy (and why wouldn't they??) you'll be sent the donation page details in due course!
it is a bit of a faff, but it is all for charidee mate!

and register your car for Blanc Pain....
you'll get to a box that asks if you are attending with a club..... 'the honda NSX club' if you please! or just sign up without ticking the club box, no biggy!
once approved, Ross will send through the donation details, and the donation to get you in goes straight to the charity fund.... it is a bit convoluted, but keeps things separate and transparent!

if i remember rightly from other brands hatch events, they want you in before 9 anyway.... they previously have effectively closed the gates at 9, and if unlucky enough to get an over officious marshal on the gate they don't let you in! so aim before 9....
they like the cars in place before they open to the public.....

Good to catch up with all that turned out and you know what, we all ended up under 4 umbrellas to keep from burning to a crisp late in the afternoon. Shame my camera battery had run down by then.
11 NA1&2's turned up if you include Havocs, although Martin had to leave it in the public car park as he didn't quite register in time.:(
And Pauls head turning NC1.
Plenty of track action including some very expensive spectacular spin offs which can be seen on BT sports 2 channel this Thursday evening.
