Because of another thread on the Imola Orange cars, thought I would dig out the other magazine test / review cars.

I got these from the Acura/Honda NSX performance portfolia, and the NSX -Hondas Supercar.

P26OLU and P27OLU were both UK press cars from 1997 to 1999.

RE54HUK was also a UK demo car.

There was a Red / Black H or J plate in Supercars Issue 5, driven by Derek Bell, I will look up the full number plate.

L56PLL was a silver coupe in Which Car Jun 94
P161TWO was yellow coupe in Car Dec 96
R462ULL was Autocar's Orange LTT 3.2 coupe - long time since it lost that plate - latterly VLX3
N250WVR was Top Gear's Yellow NSX-T in Sep 96
RE02KNO was Evo's long beach blue coupe.

The one in Encyclopedia of supercars driven by Derek Bell is a red manual coupe, reg H515 ERK.

Also found in another clipping I have a pic of a yellow coupe, L1 NSX.

I was just going through the E1 service history this morning and forgot the original registration was N115 GLY so did a search and came up with this old thread from 2006 (thanks Leigh) then googled motorsport magazine August 1996 and there she was.....a test with a yellow 911 Targa! http://www.motorsportmagazine.com/archive/article/august-1996/48/it-takes-two-targa

I've managed to find a copy of the magazine in Germany now winging it's way to me. N115 GLY was a Honda press car from new 02/01/1996 until 30/04/97 when sold by Honda two mills in Cheshire to it's second owner for £57950: I still have the receipt.

I don't think it'll be ever worth that again........but you never can tell?

If you want just one great book to read with nearly every magazine NSX review listed from 1989>2005 then this is a must.
I keep mine in the boot and get it out when ever someone asks about the car at car shows & events.

Haha....I have that book, read it a few times (on the loo) and never realised it was my car in the test.....probably because it's in black and white!
