Hi Guys,

My TCS green light has come on and stayed on....noticed on the drive home tonight.
Handbrake checked..not left up.
TCS button has no effect and does not light up.
My ABS unit is bypassed with a paper clip for the last 5 years.

Any suggestions to help locate the issue.

It's the white Turbo one if anyone asked.

Hi, SS.
Green light….
Could you clarify the following point?

Exactly which light came on?
Based on your signature section, for your year model, there are 3 indicators;

TCS warning light: Yellow, next to ALB, at the centre top section of the gauge.

TCS activated indicator: Green, big rectangular window inside the tacho dial, below rpm needle.

TCS OFF indicator: Green, next to low fuel warning, at the right top section of the gauge.

Did the light stayed permanently/solid On or blink/flashing?

OEM or aftermarket ECU?
OEM TCS controller?

Thanks Kaz

It was the TCS Off green light.
My mistake...forgotten that the AS Motorsport had re-intall the TCS activation switch to a rocker switch near the panel next to the Ignition for the compatibility of the aftermarket ECU......Had accidentally and inadvertently pressed it.
The usual TCS switch on the left of the steering column is now redundant.

All sorted.
