Hi,

i have a mold and i'm using a fiberglass one ;)
no longer have the OEM part and i made this custom to my 02+ valence.

With thanks to Christian I will soon have this part on its way ...

however, having released the siezed screws securing the saggy top side of the holder, how on earth are you supposed to release the bottom two ... parts 21 & 23 in this diagram

You can remove both nuts from the inside of the rear bumper without removing the bumper.
Its possible.13608

More details
Both screws are hold within the bracket, so its easy to remove the nuts only.
1/4 ratchet wrench with 10mm nut

Having had to do this "simple" job myself Paul I'm sorry to have to say this but my money is on you having to remove the complete rear bumper assy, I hope you prove me wrong though for your sake.:)
