In an attempt to avoid the busy summer period for the AGM and to give everyone a chance to have a last fling before the really cold weather sets in, it is proposed that we hold the Owners Club AGM on the 2nd November at the British Motor Heritage Museum, Gaydon.
The museum has a wide range of mainly British cars from the early 1900's to the current day. There is also the Heritage Restoration Centre where you can see a number of cars that are undergoing a strip down restoration.
The centre also has the overflow collection of several hundred cars - from the prototypes/mules to the last off the production line models.
The visit is open to all NSX owners - the AGM part will be for THNOC only.
There is also the suggestion for a meal after the visit, to be held at a local hostelry (TBC)
Please will you add your name (plus any additional attendees) to the list if you are interested. The cost for this is likely to be £15 per person, although the more that attend the cheaper it will be. Please also indicate if you would like to attend the meal.
Plan to attend Meal as well (Y or N)

Hi Mike,
Can you clarify what the £15 covers please ... on previous visits for other events I’ve paid on the door the ticket price (currently £14.50) which gives me on the day plus 12 months as well a gift aided ‘donation’ to the Museum.
Many Thanks, Paul

Paul, at the moment this is just an estimate, I am waiting for confirmation from the events coordinator, I am hopeful that it is more likely to be £10 - just trying to set expectations ! It is also our way of getting the cars parked outside the museum rather than in the public car park, a minor thing I know. I hope that is helpful?

Update for the AGM - Gaydon have told me that unfortunately for us they have been asked to host a major launch on the 2nd November which means a change of plan. They can book us for the 3rd November - unless anyone has a good alternative this is the date. If an alternative is considered it must provide a private space for the meeting. Please confirm your attendance below.

I have made a number of enquiries The National Motorcycle Museum can host us on the 2nd November does this work for people? It is on the A45 near Birmingham Airport

If the date is (now/still) the 2nd November and at The National Motorcycle Museum please put my name on the list.

I am very disappointed, having been asked to find a venue in the Midlands, find a date when there were fewer conflicts with car events, arrange a meal and give 6 month's notice, only 3 members attend ( in addition to the officers) - the question for me at the AGM tomorrow will be, "does the club have a purpose?" If I seem wrongly to be annoyed, it is only the waste of time and money. I know that for some people things have happened last minute, and I do understand how that happens.

despite the poor attendance, for whatever reason... rightly irritating for those that bothered to attend, thanks to Mike, and the rest on the committee, for putting themselves out to organise this club, AGM and the meal after.....
if they didn't do it then no-one would, unless you know different.
