My dad's lil project car is, hopefully, all done for the time being.... we did the body last year, and have today finished the top end engine rebuilt as it was spitting oil out of one of the exhausts.....

we bought it 2017, after it had spent 27 years in a barn!!! this time last year we were heavily into the body restoration, and today it's mostly finished!!!

Love it's colour, not on faceache but I'm sure the build thread makes interesting reading.
Well done mate, great job yet again 👏👏👏

That looks tremendous Jonathan...well done for saving such a wonderful little (and they are properly little!) car.

I'd love to see it on the metal - any chance of your Dad letting you out in it one nice summers evening?

Excellent work. The wheels are totz awesome! Are they original?

ISTR there's a nice little video of Jensen Button wizzing around the Monaco hills in an S600 or S800.

I made the wheels :)

Only you on this forum could or even would say that. 😂😎

I made the wheels :)

Wait, what!? Don't be silly. No-one "makes wheels"; it's unpossible.

WoW, been close to buying one of these a couple of times ... but never pulled the trigger and brought one home ... wonderful job and I’m sure Dad is very pleased with the results ...

So you made the wheels for the S800, but I’ll be pretty confident to say you didn’t make the new additions to your daily, which look very nice .. or are they simply no longer purple?

regards, Paul

yup, i made the lil honda wheels, i work for a tiny firm that makes 3 piece racing car wheels, so made some for the lil honda using our 13" rims and my design billet centres :)

the new big honda wheels, are Works Meister S2R that i bought from a listing on NSXPrime..... i was going to paint the centres, but I'm liking the silver for the time being.....

Wow! Um... howabout I send you £100 (mates, rates, right?) and you come up with four NSX-sized Mugen M7-alikes? Pretty please?

Seriously, those wheels are a great touch on the car. Top notch work. Would love to see the car at any future meet. Like others above, I've toyed with the idea of an S800, but not having a garage makes it untenable.

Very nice! Just saw another S800 on the lift at my local Honda dealer today :)
