hi, is /are the email notifications part of the site still activated?

dont seem to be getting told if a message has come in...

Not sure how it works but I think there is a problem somewhere in the platform.
I experienced the same long time ago so tend to logon regularly to look for any messages.

On few occasions, when forumadmin reset or restarted the server, received 10s of notification email in one go so most likely, they are stuck somewhere.

No one owns the site, very old platform (vBulletin v.4), very basic security (http but then it’s public forum so anyone can access it anyway), not large number of active members, lots and lots of bots crawling around, etc so personally, instead of spending the time investigating this issue, may be good reason to look for the upgraded or different platform???

NSX Prime moved away from vBulletin.
Not sure that will suit very small forum or limited resource here.
Something to be discussed considering the future but that's just my thoughts.
