Carbon Air Boxes / Intake info needed please...

Hi lads,

A big favour to ask. My friends girlfriend wants me to look into what carbon air boxes/intakes you can get for a 91 Japanese import NSX. Where would I find out what's available and what prices they are?
She is looking to get him a christmas present, so if it's from the States or Japan, would I have it in in time?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As for Christmas delivery you will need to speak to Mark at Dali if ordered through there, pushing it a bit now though without express shipping etc.
The only other thing, some of them say that it is for a 3.0 or a 3.2 some of the manufacturers state a difference on their products for the intake, some say will fit both.

an order from Dali placed now has a good chance of pre-xmas delivery, I wouldn't leave it much longer though.

being a 91 it'll be a 3.0 unless it has undergone a motor transplant together with ECU & throttle mods, although as far as I know there are no differences in any air intakes between models.

also bear in mind that air intakes make around 5hp max difference to performance, and in some cases this difference can be a MINUS! - choose carefully.

I have the ProCar system installed and I'm very pleased with it inrespect of sound and the contribution it makes to both the power and power delivery.

It was pretty much Plug n Play as Detlef says.
