On Prime, I found this, which looks like a good deal to me:

I'm just asking a few questions from the seller, does anyone have the OEM nav? Are there any important questions that I should ask that I may have forgotten? Do you think it's worth the money?
Any advice greatly received.....
Hi mate, i think is too much money for something that you won't know if it works until after is all done.
I would be incline to go with an Alpine unit as Darren did IIRC.

Simon,
Hopefully you have better luck as I couldnt get a response to pm's. guess it isn't meant to be.
regards
Paul
A better idea might be to canibalize a unit from another Honda here in the UK.

Paul,
I got one reply but have not received a reply to my last with a few more in depth questions.
Am I right in thinking that the changer in that housing goes where the glove box is?

NSXGB,
Just received this info, thought it might be of interest if you are still looking at the Honda Nav system?
Regards, Paul
1. Bad news, the shipping would be well over $450 USD.
2. The wiring harness connecting the DVD unit and the monitor.
3. I do not have enough knowledge about this...sorry
4. Yes, I do.
Thanks for your interest. Please let me know if you're interested.
