I am running on these, not the best for cold weather, but they were cheap and I needed all 4 for MoT.

(On my BM I have goodyear F1 GSD3 235/40/16, and if/when I change my wheels on the NSX I'll probably go for these on them too)

Yeah, I think it's just the low friction roads at present (unholy combo of moisture, dung, etc etc) - and as I said on another thread down to TWI on 1 rear! Dry roads fine, just not been much of that lately...

Well IMHO they look better on the rims and offer a little more protection.

Other than that I can't say I've driven far or fast enough since fitting them to notice. I had the rears fitted on my Eurotour back in October (didn't have a huge choice at the time) and fitted matching fronts when I got home. Since then I've only used the car a couple of times and covered maybe less than 100miles. They feel fine though.

I had no problem sourcing these sizes from a number of supplier/fitters. Went with Bracknell tyres for the fronts £98ea all in.

Either stealthy or incompetent!!! Forums not my usual thing so just getting into it.

Ok Silver yes....late being chassis no 07 32B engine. 8 months in the finding. Only thing I'd swap the S2K for...tried Noble and Maserati just in case I was being a Honda bigot...and no I wasn't. Going to keep it stock..apart from the seat which I've had trimmed for my 6ft 2"" head to fit in!!!

I thought I was a freak at 6ft 5", I feel sorry for you if your head alone is 6ft 2" :D

How much was it to get the seat retrimmed and are you happy with it?

My seats are red alcantara in the middle bits so would have to get a retrimmer in to match them when I get it done.

6' 5" and I thought I was pushing the headroom envelope.

Mine only cost £75 to take about an inch out of the cushion... that was about as much as we wanted to do without it looking obvious. The leather peels off and the trimmers just reattached...looks fine. Had it done about a year ago with no side effects. The guys who did it retrim classics so know their way around

Wont help with getting a lid on tho' so for that I'm thinking of getting a really thin cushion made up...which keeps the car stock but saves me having to drive it lying down!!...maybe I should have got a Targa

I'm just going to take the seat cushion outr and sit on a towel when I put a helmet on for castle combe!

I think I'll try and get a cushion made up at some point in the future so I can keep the OEM one.

I used to remove the cushion when first driving on the track.

There's hardly a need to have any cushioning made. The aluminium seat pan is well sculpted and comfortable as it is. You're also driving on a smooth track which isn't like driving on the roads.

You'll feel more 'at one with the car' without any cushioning.:p
