View Full Version : Spotted 9 LEN
Parked by house near Penarth Marina was 9 LEN 1997 a red targa auto, standard looks, very dirty. To be honest it looked a bit abandoned, but maybe that was just due to the road.
Anyone knows it?
If not there is another one for your list Simon. BTW it had UK bumpers.

An expensive numberplate surely...worth as much as the car!

I'm never sure, am far as I know there are only 2 (original) P reg NA2's.
There is another P plate I know of, however that was originally an R plate.
I still don't know if a post 1997 auto is an NA2 or still an NA1 ??

Simon,
I would say that if they have DBW, and OBD2 they are very close to NA2.

Drive By Wire ( no cable from the accelerator )
On Board Diagnostics II ( self explanatory, hard to get around not having cats and modifying the car )
I believe that these were introduced around 1995.

But 1995 is purely NA1 regardless of OBD2 and DBW ??
See the confusion and question of how a 1997+ Auto can be an NA2 ??
