After seeing the NSX-R covers and realizing that they're somewhat expensive I am thinking of having one made to my own design.

IF I can get some made what in everyone’s opinion would it be worth.

What would you pay for a copy and what are the numbers involved. Obviously I would have the prototype for everyone to look at. Maybe by Japfest?

Anyone?

Mate they are expensive, but they are OEM fit and finish. Other than that this ones are nice:

Personally, I'd rather have the SOS one, without the mesh. It's a bit more inventive. Oh and I wouldn't have to sell my liver!

James.

For me I think it would be OEM or nothing, saying that, a nice Titanium heat stained one would be good.

It would be good to 'copy' a type R one though.

I have a second hand FHC engine cover at home that I alsways planned to butcher, but never got round to it.
It really is an uncomplicated part of the car and should be easy to replicate.

You read my mind ;)

Will work off my stock one at the moment to guage costs/time but if I could 'look' at a Type-R one then at some point it would make the process easier.
