Sounds very much like the wheel sensor. Many of the members have encountered the same problem including myself. Seems to be a NA1 NSX type of thing like the BOSE speaker/amp. New set of sensor sorted it out. Best to contact Nigel to get a new set from the States or from a breaker.

Best of luck

Amo,

The size of of your wheels also affects the TCS computer. IIRC your wheels are quite larger than OEM and that might be throwing it off.

As AR mentions there's a good possibilty it's the larger wheels that are causing the problem. First thing to do is get the error code out of the TCS unit and at least you'll then know what you're looking for!!!

NSX TCS Diags (http://www.sandsmuseum.com/cars/nsx/nsxdiagnostics.html)

Oh, one thing worth mentioning is the main relay (behind the driver). If it's clicking randomly whilst driving you've got some dodgy soldering on the relay board (also a prime candidate for TCS faults!) so that might be worth checking too.

The front and rear tyres are obviously of a different size on an NSX.

The front to rear size ratio, must be maintained to within 5% of the factory ratio.

The standard size tyre for a 17" OEM wheel is 215/40/17, you say you have 225/45/17. So yeah, a good chance your tyres and wheels are the wrong sizes.

Get some standard wheels on the car and try it. Cheaper than buying sensors.

Amo let me know if you want to try some standard wheels.

Amo how about getting the smart TCS from Zublin.

TCS is overrated IMHO.

It takes power from you when you need it most.
