Hi chaps, Ok, that nice man Golden Brown has announced that road tax on 'gas guzzlers' will increase to £300 from April this year, and £400 from April 2008.
Does this impact NSX's??????????

OK I expect that we will be ion the top band but it goes by emissions - does anyone have their last MOT cert handy or know what the NSX's emissions are?

Not if your car is from before 2001.

Actually no, its not that bad.
Band G is only for cars after March 2006. Bang G is the one going to £300, and then £400.

The G banding only applies to vehicles registered after the 23rd of March 2006.
All registered before then will be an F which 'should' stay as it is, even with the new duty.
**Beaten by Kevin, are you off or something at the moment ??**

I swear this Gov't doesn't have enough egg heads.
Does anyone know if you can still by a really old 20 Litre Bentley and run it on Avgas and no silencers (let alone cats) and pay nothing for road tax?
:D
