Brake caliper service?

Just fitted my new Racing Brake discs and while fitting I noticed that one of the rubber piston boots on the front caliper had a small tear in it. Looking at the service manual it details a total strip down and rebuild but I was wondering whether anyone could tell me if it's possible to replace the rubber boot without removing the piston from the caliper? I would obviously prefer not having to bleed the system again.

The rubber boots in question are parts 13 & 14 shown here:

No need to remove the piston, just be very carefull putting the new ones in as their very flimsy and easy to tear, ie a very blunt screwdriver.

However, if the boot is split, it is likely that debris has got around the piston which could mean that it would be advantageous to remove fully and clean up.

I have these kits for the S2000 and they seem quite easy to mess up :(
