I think tiptronic was a an option post '94 / '95 but I'm not 100% on that. It is definitely not on the original models!

F-Matic came available from March 1995. Here is a little update on the car:
Dec 1990: Honda NSX goes on sale in the UK, with ABS, leather trim and air-conditioning as standard. Apr 1994: Passenger airbag and seven-spoke alloy wheels fitted to all cars. Mar 1995: NSX-T arrives, with T-bar targa-style roof. At the same time, there is also the option of an automatic gear- box, dubbed the F-Matic. Feb 1997: Manual cars get a 3.2-litre engine and a six-speed transmission re-places the previous five-ratio gearbox and the brake discs grow to 298mm (front) and 303mm (rear). Automatic version retains 3.0 V6 powerplant.
May 2002: Facelift gives NSX fixed, rather than pop-up, headlights. Sep 2005: Production ends.
