I've studied the photos at some length and I can confirm that it is indeed, a convertible.

Looks $hhiite with roof up in the picture. Targa's a better bet IMO.
Otherwise you wiould have to drive with the roof down all the time.

I think it's a pretty professional job, and actually looks ok like that. but a bit too american looking for me though.
