Known in the trade as Bling wheels

I quite like those 'showy' wheels despite being 'bling'.
Makes the car stand out and looks mean.

They look like they've been borrowed from a BMW M3

I was thinking the same as I had an e46 M3 Convertible last year. The ones on the NSX have a more defined dish though. I'm sure I have seen them before somewhere.

Ahhhhh, Eureka!!
I thought they look familiar. :D
I knew they look mean.
Any idea where and how much does a 2002+ rims cost and do they fit a 91 'X' without modification??

The wheels on that NSX are not genuine BMW M3 rims, they are not exactially the same but are similar. I'll check with a guy I know in Japan to see if he can come up with the correct details.

Without tyres and needing a refurb, if you can find any in the UK, expect to pay around £1k+. Add to this the refurb (if required) plus new tyres as they are 17" allround (as you probably know).
They occasionally come up on Prime but you have to be quick or make a few friends over there who can keep a lok out for you. Just be careful on shipping cost and UK tax which could easily wipe out the $$exchange benefits. Also, US will come with Acura centre caps.

I may be wrong but I'm sure I read that pre 97 cars need spacers to fit the late wheels.

Hmmm, priccie but do they fit a 91 "X" without modification and will they make the whole wheel diameter larger than current 15/16 set up?

My word, Sudesh you are quick!!
Paul, you aren't too far behind. Shaun of the Dead is distracting me.

I may be a littel biased, but IMO, the 02+ is the nicest wheel on the NSX ;)

Is that the standard color of the 02+ rims? I really like the 95+wheels also

Nope, standard is a bright Silver. The Type R rim which looks the same as the 02+, is available in White or this Grey finish which I chose for my rims.

Can't make up my mind.
The Prodrive GC-05F are still a contender.

Chrome is too bling for me & not sure overall they too OTT for the X? Paul, you do have great looking wheels, could'nt stop looking at em at Fest !! ;) Also Paul, are the Type Rs ones you got exactly the same as the face lift 02+, but colours are different and do you need spacers on a post 97 X ?

There was a previous thread with these particular alloys, wheels can be brought from SOS in the USA, but think they were 18/19 upgrades & were £1850ish without shipping or tyres !!! I started the thread by mentioning some Advans T5s which SOS sold I think, but have since been discontinued ! :(
