I was expecting an ugly barbeque.
I guess it's only considered hideous becuase it tries to copy another car. When you look at it, you are always comparing to the original. If it were a new car in its own right, it would look too bad, apart from looking a bit heavy.

Just another acronynm to show ones amazement.
As stated by Kevin, if it was not the an NSX it would not be too bad, but the question remains, WHY???

I dislike all prancing horses with a vengence but not because of their styling. I think it looks great and would gladly drive it around taking the mick out of the real ones, but I would never buy it myself.

If they had made some sort of effort with the roof then that wouldn't be too bad, it's just an NSX wearing a different skirt though :cantlook:
Sadly it also shows that honda could have built and HSC with the NSX chassis, and just tweeked the engine/box.

I don't think it looks that bad. But £30k for a 91 NSX that is made up to look like a 360? Not worth it.

Yup, x2.
Fairplay to anyone wanting to put that much work into a car though.

Makes you think though. How good would the NSX be if it looked like a 355? I'd never have to think about another car. Ever.

Looks like some genetic cross breed. I wonder if he's taken the NSX logo off the door handle area? Pics too small to see.
Good effort and may appeal to a Ferrari wanabe who wants the reliability chromosome.

I love the X as it is myself. awsome looking car. the conversion is a good effort, shows how boxy the roof looks tho

This belittles the NSX, as a drivers car the NSX is superior to the 360 plus their completely different designs, the 360 is far to rounded to go with the chiselled look of the NSX roof, and of course all kitcars are sh*t, I don't know how anybody can drive them ignoring all the people pointing and laughing.

I like the NSX too (obviously) but it's no 355 in the looks department.

Drove a 360M the other week and didn't feel shortchanged getting back into the 'X. However, I found the challenge of driving the 360 very engaging. The NSX is sometimes just too competent (and I know that is something of a contradiction in itself).

I used to like the 355 but I think it's a bit derivative or maybe the reverse of that as whenever I see one I think of the MR2, I now much prefer the shape of the NSX, i've even got used to the extreme rear overhang:)

The rear end was always at odds for me in the design of the NSX. We all know its there for practical reasons as well as aero benefits. Having updated to 02+ rear valance and R spoiler, IMO the rear now looks more balanced to the rest of the car :)

Someone who wants to 'dress' to give the impression they have more money than they actually have.

Could be like many of the widebody cars, just a disguise for a crashed car???

Totally agree, Paul. C/F helps as well :D I still think the rear overhang is a little too much.
Tell me you wouldn't prefer the Fezza rear end and light treatment etc though?
Let's face it if they rebodied the car and updated some interior features it would be a fantastic car pitched at 45-50k. I drove a Cayman S last week and the 'X pisses on it IMO.
