well went to west wales raf base airfield lol
drift event

did not want any part in the drift so went over and asked if there was a drag event as well
as the organiser is a mate with 1 of the blokes from hyeline

they went around and asked who wanted a race with me lol
so got to the drag side and **** 20 or so cars turned up
civic type r
civic
2 x r33 gtr
6 x r33 gtst
rx7
seat cupra turbo
m3 new shape
clio williams

most cars are modded but theres 1 or 2 that are not
all the rest of the cars where xr2i etc etc ................

well i beat the lot lol
then started to give ppl 2-3 car lenghts head start lol
bloke in the r33gtr and a few r33 gtst no happy lol lol

well i thought id let u know wot a good day i had lol
and i got some footage so ill try to put some up lol

Did you do any 0-60 and 0-100mph times??

Would have been embarrasing to lose as I suspect your car looks the fastest. :D:D

I'll be back down there 1st or 2nd Sept. and there until November. We will be going straight into a lot of pre-deployment training, but I should have most weekends free, still want to have a look at these dials ?

I don't want to hi-jack this thread, but I'll give you a shout when I'm back down south. They are pretty easy to fit, and I have even sorted out a way of illuminating the needles, without ruining the effect of the dials at night.
