Sound pressure of OEM exhaust

Can anyone tell me what the sound pressure in dB is for the OEM exhaust ('91)? It will be a useful comparison when looking at aftermarket systems that tend to quote dB at wide-open-throttle (WOT).

I think my 98was 94db std (think)

My 1992 got to 89dB on a static test. Could of been 92dB, can't quite remember.

All depends how it was measured though.

The NA2 NSX-R is 93 or there abouts on a Best Motoring test.

Really? I find the NSX exhaust really quiet but the afternmarket ones I am looking at are advertised as being around 92-95dB and 'loud'! I was expecting the figures to be 90 tops. Aaarrgh! :cantlook: I'm obsessed with VOLUME!
