New Zorst Tips

On the list of things to do so finally got round to it today.

Wanted to go for 02 OEM style as like the simple round pipes, not a fan of twin jobs or upswept stuff myself. Also wanted a good tip too so chose stainless ends that were well finished.

at first i thought hmm what about these at each side ? 100bhp per pipe ive heard...

But thought nah ive leave it so went with what i originally thought

plenty of options to choose from, very similar design to what ive had but slash was also considered

Not too dear either, havnt paid yet but from he said orgianlly the tips are good value. cheaper than halfords i seem to recall.

I see you went for the rear end respray down low - I knew something looked different and thought it was just the lights at first. Looks nice mate :D

I said i noticed a difference.. as for complimenting nicely you would have improved the car if it was any colour other than that ghastly yellow:upset::evil::drool:

DTM, I have to call you Mr Sly now pal, you did'nt mention this last night at mini meet! I do like your tips man (on the car!). :thumbsup: Would like to know how the TUBI style tips sounded when they were on! I can't believe you can buy them that big and who in their right mind would put them on!?! :laugh:

i was booked in for friday but never made it, at the meet forgot all about it !

Im not sure if i should have gone slightly bigger or not, only a tad. Been searching through photos and seen a few cars where they look good but look bigger..BUT its with the 02 valence and im sure its more tighter round the tips making it more finished. Whereas the old valence is quite wide for the old tips. Hey ho not to bad anyway so im happy.

as for the big tip James probably not much difference as only a tip- and nova crew do have them fitted, or probes,or vectras, or saxos...........

Without getting personal about tips, what size are your new ones (girth), whats the next size up and was there an option in next size up from the same tip maker as I like the chrome lip finish of yours? :D

I think mine are 3" james, the only way to go slighlt bigger was to cut a 2 piece one up they said, they showed it me and its doable and u would thionk it would have been 2 seperate peices when done etc..

I didnt want them cutting up a twin piece then me sayingn hmm im not keen now they are on... :)
