You'll be faster on the track now, as everyone knows black is the quicker colour.

Other plus side is magazines will never want your car for photoshoots anymore.

The best combo. That is one great looking car. Just make sure you get some paint protection before you put any holes in the nose.

Another benefit is that you'll be able to fit an LED "chaser" to the nose and pretend to be Knight Rider :)

As most of the peasant populous can't distinguish an NSX from a Trans Am or Camaro (or a 300ZX, Supra, generic "Ferrari" etc) get yourself a leather bomber jacket and scouser wig and you might even get away with it ;)
