Anyone any idea what this part is called or part number etc? I called the dealer today and tried to describe it but they couldnt figure it out without seeing the car.

I think that is the rear sash cover, but there seems to be something else attached to it.

Yeah that looks like it alright! The other piece is the remote keyless entry sensor. It isnt attached to the sash cover but the sash cover does lay close to it, hence the cut out on the sash cover on mine. I wonder could this be a JDM part only?

Might be, but probably not too difficult to make the cut out.

Yeah will probably have to get a UK and see if I can mod it to fit. Or I may try to fix my old one as there is only I catch broke.

yes exactly the same, just sitting there like yours! i've an aftermarket alarm which does the remote lock/unlock function

Mine also came with an aftermarket, JDM Hornet Alarm system, but it didnt work correctly, so I removed it and switched the original HONDA system back on again which does the trick for me! Just a pity the remote is so big lol.
