You can't use it on any of the 3.2 without removing the cats and doing extensive fabrication.

Sounds like I need to retract my thoughts on exhaust improving performance of an engine by much.

interesting thread about the ECU adjusting to a new exhaust to put the output back to normal?

Anyway... does look like weight savings is the primary benefit.. and sound of course

That sounds like a lot of cobblers. It has been dyno proven that a freer exhaust will generate more BHP than and non free flowing one.

I bl00dy hope it's cobblers too, all that money on mods, just for the ECU to spoil the party....

This is the response I got. Should I steer clear? or it the hassle minimal for a good exhaust shop in the UK?

Thanks for the interest. It is made for a '91-'94, but I've seen it fitted on a '98 I believe. The owner just had some adapter pipes made/modified. Nothing that a good exhaust shop can't do. Actually, if you were to get headers made for a '92 and used it with the exhaust it will bolt on.

If you keep the cats it will not scream. The only way to do it properly is to decat the car. In your cae it might prove more of a hassle since yours is a 3.2.

If you want a nice stainless exhaust, ARk are hard to beat, nice growl and not boomy ( with cats ) and is made of really nice steel and the ARK DT-S matches the 02 plus valance perfectly!
