ok just to let all you know it a total pain not a straight fit
the 1 i bought is from dail will take a few pics tomorrow
and give you a welsh write up
then you van make up your mind how you going to fit it
as i never fitted mine got a man to do it for me lol lol

Hw good is the weave and is it actually CF? I've seen a couple of the early consoles and they all have similar traits, ie , non straight weave and are actually FRP with a CF overlay.

hi mate
well the weave is ok but looks like a fiber glass with over lay
looks good but just dont fit will have to cut and modify plenty from the back the bit where it screws in under the armrest box between the seats

also u have bolts stuck on where there should be screw holes to hold the gear gater plastic where it sits under the consol
and if you have the the 4 switch contol aeril/fog etc at the back of the consol
you will have a big prob here as well

tbh if i had done it i would have fcuked it up so lucky i paid some 1 to do it
