Instrument Cluster

This May be of interest to some and then may not. But I was installing a new bulb today on the speedo cluster and also installing a MPH converter. Anyway I noticed the Clear Glass of the cluster was an actual seperate piece, so I decide to check if it can be purchased seperately, as mine was quite dull looking and scratched, and when I removed and wiped it, you would be suprised how much dirt and grim actually builds up in there!!. Well it turns out the lens can be bought seperatley, and its quite cheap at £28.00!! So I ordered one with Honda and hopefully it will freshen up the look.

No probs! I couldnt believe it either! Infact there are quite a few pieces that can be purchased separately for the cluster. I just thought seeing at mine was out having the MPH converter installed, it would be worth while putting in a fresh glass and some bulbs.

The Part number by the way is 78156-SL0-003 This cover all NSX's from 1991 to 2006, from what the dealer told me.

great to know glass can be replaced. easy to scratch when cleaming, i remeber marking my DC5 glass and was fuming !
