How hard can this really be ?
Spend hours at this, feel I must be missing something.
Need a set of 245/40/17 that if they do not work well with the RE101 215/45/16 on the front, I can then change the front’s to match.
Just can’t find how to resolve this, closest I got was GSD3’s all round with 205/14/16 on the front, but the replacement for the GSD3 do not include 16 inch rims so will be back to square one in a few thousand miles, or new 17 inch all round and a non standard car.
Can anyone help me with this please.

Bridgestone RE050 for the rear, should be easy to get hold of.
Any issues then I'll enquire for you.
Could bring them on Saturday to the rolling road.

Then if you need fronts as well.

RE040 in OEM size, the handling is as honest to the RE010's as you can get.

If you are looking for Bridgestones would be worth me PM'ing Steve who is local to me and a member on here. One of his bigger customers is Bridgestone and they owe him a favour and he mentioned getting a group buy from them through him at a good price last summer!

If you give me the sizes, and specs I can call him and see what he can do?

I think Honda should sort this out - they specked out cars with a dying tire size! :D

Thanks, spoken to Bridgestone and that fitment is only for Mercedes and they have nothing to fit the front.

I would second that.

Well that is what I have on mine and had no issue getting them, I have a spare set actually for when mine eventually wear out.

RE040 front OEM fitment
RE050 rear OEM fitment.

If it works for you, then it's worth a go. Thanks
