have interest in this.. and the wife smiled when I showed the pic... danger
Anyway. would I feel a big difference between a 03 with 24K miles vs. a '93 with 103K miles?
Thought: I think wish I could find one with 203K miles so that I could send the engine to S.O.S. :)
anyone with good experience of both models? what do you think??

OK, panic attack; thanks for putting me in check. So, I retract a few of those previous comments!
Anyway as long as the RX7 changes hands well, I am going to be looking another ride. so like the idea of something like this... curious what Papa will say.
Saturday should be a good time to checkout stuff, eh.
fyi- got my oil filter from Honda.. Thanks for the offer Paul!
I had a 199 3.2 and now have a 1993 coupe 3.0 with headers and freeflowing exhaust and to be honest I will say that I do not feel much of a difference if anything the lighter 3.0 feels nimble.
PS a Targa 3.0 is not the best performance wise IMHO due to several factors, but mostly the extra weight.
Cheers,
Ary

Rob,
I'm just down the road from you and have a 1991 that I can take you out in.
I'm sur ethe 3.2's are faster but it's certainly not noticeable when I'm in the 3.0.

May take you up on that. Just have to find the time.
You can drive mine for that perspective.

If I picked up an older 3.0 ; I'd make it a hell of a lot faster than a 3.2 :)

Thanks for the offer Rob but I have my 3.2 to get my own perspective!
I would however like to sit in yours to test out the headroom in a targa:D
I'm happy to meet you half way one evening, I'm on the A33 so easy to get to for you I think.

if it's meant to be, it will happen :)
white water rafting the first week of June. If I survive, the search gets serious. Hopefully yours will gone by then, eh?
There will only be a couple to consider as colour v.important & bringing one over from Japan seems 2 expensive.
