Oil Change Info

I'm going to do an oil change and just looking for some info. What oil would you guys recommend? My car is not a daily driver, probably will only see a few thousand miles a year, its not used for track days and I dont drive overaly fast. I was looking at the online manual on prime which mentions 10-w30? How many liters should the car take on refill along with filling the new filter first?

Also obviously going to change the filter along with new washer for the drain plug, I guess Honda is the best place for that or are there any differences?

Always use an OEM filter, but ofr Oil, talk to Opie in the vendor section or check some of the data they have already provided.
