Recommended Engine Oil 1991 Acura NSX

I have joined recently and Iam picking up from a thread on pistonheads I noticed about latest oil recommendations for VTEC engines, particularly for my 1991 Acura NSX. I dare say technology has come on a lot since 1991 and does any member have an engine oil they can recommend to use?

Silkolene PRO S is very good oil. What i use in my Integras and used it in my NA1 NSX.

Comes in 5, 40 and 10, 50.... so if engine is older thicker stuff alwaysx helps to cut burn off.
